Name: Aves Dal Garidor Birthday: April 15, 1984 Age: 15 (as of 1999) Species: Atlantean Gargoyle Skills & Hobbies: Aves enjoys writing, reading, and watching TV. He loves video games like Starcraft, Diablo, and Warcraft. He excels in classic artillery such as axethrowing and archery as well as more advanced weaponry such as plasma rifles, pulse cannons, and sonic blasters. He likes to pilot submarine vessels and aerial fighters, but he sucks at it, so no one ever lets him. Physical Description: Aves stands at about 6'2". He has a dark green colouring, brown hair and purple eyes. His wings are of limited size as result of his Atlantean heritage, and have a teal/light green inline and extremely dark green outer lining. Like all Atlantean gargoyles, his tail is longer than the average classic gargoyle's, and he has a whip-style tail. He is of medium build. When in human form, he shares the same characteristics, only he's a little shorter. Biography: Dal was one of the Atlantean heroes involved in the massacre of Atlantis many generations ago. It was forseen by the prophecies that his soul would be known as the Attarak, or "Soul of the Tiger," even though Dal was a gargoyle. This soul was part of "soul symbiosis," a process not as full as possession but not as separate as crude symbiosis. Aves Garidor is the latest incarnation of Dal. Aves was one of the few Atlantean children from this generation born with Atlanteans after the Hunters destroyed the other eight outposts which once were scattered across the world. He, along with other gargoyles who joined his group, founded the Ninth Outpost of Atlantis, Lan Mesinsure, which, roughly translated, means "Land of Hope." Aves became interested in the texts of ancient Atlantis, and this interest, coupled with the memories of Dal and his incarnations, became administrator of the Historical Archives. With the help of his friend Nikkyla he has become adept at certain forms of sorcery (nothing fancy), and, of course, possesses portalling technology which most Atlanteans use. He is also historian of the legendary gargoyle clan Emanon, and is a Private in the Garrison.
